Introduction

Build and manage your trusted supplier network through an invitation-only function. R2C Online is a secure and private platform, giving you the power to grant access to only your chosen and trusted suppliers. This invitation-only system ensures your data is totally secure and private.  Find new suppliers quickly and easily by using entered search filters. 

Search Criteria - These fields are applicable to searching existing repairers and searching for new repairers on the invite tab.

Company Name allows you to search for a specific repairer, either via a full or partial search.
Town / Postcode allows you to search for a location which then displays the nearest 25
repairers to that destination.
Account Number allows you to search for an account number that has been stored against
the network relationship.
Account Type allows you to filter the results in order to view a specific type of repairer. The
options are currently Read-Only; Interactive and Interactive with i2i.
Workshop Type allows you to search for a specific level of interactivity.

Account Type - The differing levels of interaction on r2c may affect decisions to allocate work or invite to network. A read only workshop account exists purely as a place holder for returned documentation and as a historical reference.

EDIT -  Once the repairer has been added, their details cannot be edited, only the customers info and account number are editable. 

Step by Step

Monitor existing repairers – To see the steps taken to view existing repairers, click or swipe through the 3 steps below.

Step 1 – To view the list of approved repairers, Click Network.

Step 3 – The Map View tab displays those approved repairers on the google maps interface, Click on a repairer to see their location.

Invite repairers to your network – To see the steps taken to invite a new repairer to the network, click or swipe through the 5 steps below.

Step 4 – To search for and add new repairers to the network, Click ‘Invite to Network’

Step 6 – Select the required repairer followed by INVITE

Step 7 – To monitor the outstanding invites, Click ‘Invited Repairers’

Step 8 – The invites will remain until accepted or rejected by the repairer. Once accepted the repairer will be visible in the approved list view.

How do I invite Read Only Repairers?

As read-only repairers have no access to the system they would not be able to accept or reject the invite therefore a request should be made to r2c customer support. The support team can create a placeholder account for you to log jobsheet uploads against.
