Technical Info & Self Help

What if I want to go to the Missed Job and not the next one.

To find the missed job instead of the next due job when clicking a breached date, click the asset ID and then the schedules tab. From here the missed job can be located and opened.

What is the difference between a Late job and a No Show.

This No Show KPI relates to recently missed jobs and are not true No Shows, a true No Show is defined as; a job being set to No Show by a user or a missed job older than 14 days whereby r2c will automatically set to No Show.

The Late KPI relates to Jobs that have been started, or marked as Onsite, but are ongoing passed their Required By date.

Can anyone Edit the Local Tile info.

No – Only administrators can edit these targets which can be achieved by clicking EDIT and ensuring to click the save icon. These targets will reflect locally within the organisation.
