Driver Checks – To see the steps taken to monitor completed driver checks, click or swipe through the 8 steps below.

Checks can be completed against either verified assets (recognised assets linked to your account and fleet list) or unverified assets (assets that are not currently recognised within your fleet).
If a check is submitted against an unverified asset, it can be reviewed and either corrected or accepted by following the steps below
Rectifying unverified Assets – Updating a completed check by assigning it to the correct asset record.

Accepting unverified Assets – Accepting a completed check for a transient asset that is not on the fleet list.

Forms – Follow the four steps below to view the questions and settings for a specific driver check form.
Please note that this is a read-only view, and forms cannot be edited directly. If you need a custom form created or changes made to an existing form, please contact your account manager, as this may be available depending on your contract.
