Introduction

 When a jobsheet has been done outside of the r2c system, non-digital jobs can be created. These jobs can be updated within portal, with scanned documents attached where applicable. 

However, this only applies to jobs where the repairer does not have access to r2c at all. These accounts are called read-only workshops.  For these situations, you are able to complete a jobsheet on heir behalf for your own records. 

Use the hotspots below to see how to identify jobs where the repairer is read-only.   

Read Only workshops do not have access to the r2c system. Therefore there are no module icons and the Read Only label is visible. 

When a repairer is read-only, all work lines will be non-digital. 

Step by Step

Create a non-digital job- To create a non-digital job, click or swipe through the 8 steps below.

Step 2 – Next, search for the Vehicle Reg/Fleet number and select a match from the drop-down list.

Step 3 - Once the Booking Date is correct and the relevant repairer has been chosen, click CREATE JOBSHEET

Step 4 - The job selection pop up shows existing jobs should you need to add to them or as in this case choose to start a new job. Click CREATE NEW JOBSHEET.

Step 5 - The jobsheet will start in Draft status, click the ADD WORKLINE button to add a task.

Step 7 - When the repairer is read-only all tasks will default to non-digital, you can choose from the existing inspections or enter a custom line in the ‘not what you are looking for?’ box. Click CREATE once done.

Step 8 - Additional tasks can be added to the job by clicking ADD WORKLINE to start the process again. Here two defect limes have also been added.

Complete a job- To complete a non-digital job, click or swipe through the 9  steps below.

Step 2 - Click ‘Choose File’ to open the file browser window.

Step 4 - Click UPLOAD to attach the file to the jobsheet.

Step 5 - The uploaded image or document will be displayed and can be downloaded again here. Click CLOSE once done.

Step 6 -There are two options to complete a job, the COMPLETE job option marks all task as complete. Or the individual check button can be used to mark a specific task as completed using the Actions menu.

Step 7 - After selecting the checkbox, click Actions and then choose ‘Complete.’

Completing Defect lines – To see the steps taken to complete defect lines within portal, click or swipe through the 7 steps below.

Step 2 - Next, choose the type of action, in this example the defect has not yet been rectified so an open action of deferred work has been selected.

Step 5 - Next, confirm when the parts are to be expected and if the vehicle will be staying Onsite. Additional comments can also be added before saving the details.

Step 6 - Repeat this for any remaining defects. In this example a closed action of ‘Secured’ has been chosen.

Step 7 - Enter any comments relating to the action taken to repair the defect and click SAVE.

Why can't I complete a Non Digital Jobsheet?

In order for a stock movement to occur the job status has to be in progress first. For this reason, the Complete Tasks button is not initially available.

To complete a job, first set the jobsheet status to In Progress, this action will then show the COMPLETE TASKS button for non-digital tasks.
