The r2c implementation team is here to support you as you go live with the r2c system.
This includes creating your account, importing data, activating modules, and arranging training and support.

IMPLEMENTATION SUPPORT
How we can help you.
We will have a welcome call to understand your business needs and how you plan to use the r2c platform. This will also cover the implementation and training process to outline the steps taken to get your account up and running with r2c.
We will follow up on any concerns raised with account set up, training or going live with the system and liaise with other departments such as account management to support you with any queries during set up.
We will continue to be a point of contact for 14 days after go live before you transition fully to the main r2c support team. Once you are live on the system our support team are on hand via phone, email and live chat to assist you in your day to day use of the system.
We provide standardised templates to collect data. Such as asset information, customer and supplier details, user information plus bespoke inspection and driver sheets.
We provide guidance on how to complete these templates and make minor adjustments to completed data where possible.
We will import data that has been provided to us in the required format to your account ready for you to use on the system.
Unfortunately, we are unable to extract data from your existing systems or complete data templates on your behalf.
We are unable to process data that has not been entered into our standardised format.
We are unable to import incomplete data that does not include the mandatory fields stated in our templates.
We will arrange your training schedule. Such as, booking in Instructor led sessions for your r2c modules for key staff members.
We provide access to an online Knowledge Hub with user guides and FAQs
We provide on going access to eLearning videos so you can revisit content as and when you need.
We provide access to a support team who are available via phone, email and live chat for any questions once you are live on the r2c platform.
Please note the number of training sessions required will depend on the modules and services you have purchased.
We are unable to provide unlimited or continued training sessions after your implementation has completed. However, we do offer additional online sessions, hold sessions at our offices and provide onsite visits if required*
We are unable to provide training on any external systems that you may also use.

Following your welcome call, you can download your data templates here and submit them once completed.
You will then receive eLearning details to begin training. If needed, instructor-led training can also be arranged.
